Ello bros and ho’s

So the trip is underway after a cracker of a live art party at the front on Friday. We’ve hit Wagga, Bathurst, Bondi, Gosford and Newcastle. Corker of a time so far with our money raised count at $633 so far. We played cubb on the beach and got a fair amount of attention. Not so much in Wagga where we just stood awkwardly as probably 200 skin heads walked past us. This made Tish and Ray very uncomfortable. (we later realised that it was because there was an army base, not because Wagga is a neo-Nazi colony). Things have been going great and the team is bonding together really well, especially Dylan and Billsy who have been going for walks together in the middle of the night and sharing a one man tent even though there’s spare tents. I’m not insinuating anything, just stating the facts. The groups really embracing mens health and spreading the good word, apart from Hughie who seems to be always drunk. We are getting quite concerned.

++ LIVE ART FUNDRAISING EVENT ++

Please join us for the Mo Splendour - Live Art Fundraising Event at The Front Gallery and Cafe on Friday July 23 at 7pm. 

On Friday July 23rd the Canberra community will come together to celebrate Men’s Health and raise funds for the Movember Foundation, Beyond Blue and the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia. The event will feature local DJ’s: Buick, DFP, and Faux Real, along with artists from both Canberra and Melbourne that will be creating art live throughout the course of the evening.

++ MO SPLENDOUR MEN’S HEALTH ROAD TRIP ++

The Mo Splendour - Men’s Health Road Trip will take a group of 9 mates from Canberra ACT to the Splendour In The Grass music festival in Woodford QLD. Along the way the group will stop at various cities and towns becoming walking talking billboards for men’s health and raising funds for the Movember Foundation and its associated charities.
